Going Vertical, San Diego is a state-of-the-art, dynamic performance training center for athletes of all sports and all ages to improve overall athleticism. The first Going Vertical training center was opened in Omaha, Nebraska nearly 10 years ago. Today, there are seven franchise operations around the U.S. that have successfully helped in excess of 10,000 athletes improve their overall athleticism.  Going Vertical, San Diego, has been in operation for two years and has trained over 500 athletes.
Our programs are for athletes at the top of their game looking for that extra edge as well as the improving athlete hoping to achieve a more important role on their team. Our programs are proven effective from recreational to professional, thousands of athletes have made
Going Vertical an integral part of their training regimen. The common bond among all these athletes is the desire to improve and gain an edge on their competition!
At Going Vertical our goal is
to improve overall athleticism in three disciplines: speed, agility, and power By focusing on the fundamentals of athleticism, we accelerate improvement and ultimately enhance sports performance. We drive significant results by coupling unique equipment and innovative concepts, that in the past have been reserved for professional athletes, all of which are facilitated by an expert staff. We have a flexible schedule for pre-season, off-season and even in-season athletes.  We work with individuals, small groups and teams.
