At Going
Vertical our program is designed to improve overall
Athleticism in three disciplines: Speed, Agility and Power.
We view these three disciplines as being significantly
intertwined and with focus on them, can accelerate
improvement and ultimately enhance your sports performance.
Training
packages are available in 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 session
increments or you can purchase an unlimited use package.
Each session lasts approximately one hour and alternates
between the three disciplines, i.e.: speed, agility, or
power. Our flexible training programs allow for in-season as
well as off-season workouts both as an individual and as a
team.
